Headquartered in Tokyo, the company has eight offices throughout Japan and an office in Los Angeles.
Flag is also one of the most active digital marketing agencies specializing in entertainment and has worked with a number of Hollywood studios, global platforms and Japanese independent distributors, contributing to the digitalisation of entertainment content promotion in Japan.

The Global Content Division is headed by a bilingual producer, Hiroko Oda, together with an energetic bilingual production team who have been trained in filmmaking abroad and have extensive experience of working with international partners around the world.
The division offers a wide range of production services including casting, location scouting, development research, line producing, creating Japanese settings abroad, etc.

The team now is also focused on creating original content with international filmmakers and artists and now are in development of several exciting international co-production projects. As a production company based in Japan, its mission is to create entertaining, accessible, and authentic films and shows for international audiences.

One key piece of this network is the “New Cinema Workshop” (NCW), a film school based in Tokyo. Many of the graduates are now at the forefront of filmmaking, distribution and promotion in the industry.
